Health Care
ALFLAH WELFARE SOCIETY also works toward improving the health of the marginalized communities. The fact that there is a correlation between violence against women and children that leads to poverty, low illiteracy levels, poor health conditions, low productivity to mention just a few.
The interventions are based on strengthening health systems and improve the service delivery as well as building the capacities of the local community members to address health related issues.
Some of the interventions under this theme include:

Free ultra sound medical camps

Awareness sessions on family planning, reproductive health

Awareness session son hepatitis , T.B and HIV/Aids

Meetings with health department to form the health committees

Formation of 3 health committees

Conduct Advocacy and community mobilization trainings for health committee members

Monitor and strengthen the 3 BHU through health committees

Advocacy campaigns to reactive government rural dispensary and provide health care to the disadvantaged communities

Develop IEC materials on health and HIV/AIDS and information sharing
